I created my business 19 years ago as an experienced industry professional, to achieve my aspiration of promoting the hospitality industry as an exciting, unique, and fun place to work, whilst also unleashing the potential of others, using my knowledge and expertise to inspire and encourage others to build their knowledge, and confidence
My open, down to earth style mixed with my genuine interest, friendly enthusiasm, energy and creative thinking complements my considerable expertise and experience, ensuring I can connect with people and build rapport quickly.
Understanding the reality of work situations and individual personal challenges is important to me, to really understand a situation and the desired outcome enables me to support my clients to implement practical and timely solutions.
During my time operating the business I’ve been engaged by many diverse clients across the UK and internationally at locations including Bali, Africa, Ireland and Switzerland, where I have supported individuals, teams and at an organisational level. My clients’ portfolios include; large multi-award winning five* and four* hotel collections including Forbes five* and Leading Hotels of the World, classic country houses, high volume and specialist brand restaurants, spa retreats, forest holiday villages, wine estates, African wilderness reserves and Safari lodges, a global adventure travel operator and a racecourse.
